What I eat in a day – 3 vegan meals

 If there is one thing that I love the most in this world it’s FOOD! I cook almost everyday, because I enjoy the process of creating something yummy and I love to impress my friends and boyfriend with new creations. I wouldn’t say I only eat a 100% clean because sometimes I like to cheat like everyone else and I don’t want to feel like missing out on food. But one thing I always do is to make sure that I eat balanced. Balanced Nutrition is key for me because I would gain weight pretty quickly. I am not blessed with a Ferrari metabolism…haha Thank god I work out!

But I love to cook and that’s a plus for me. Because I know what I put on my plate. When you eat out most of the time you don’t know what’s on your plate, what your actually putting into your body. Last week I filmed this video called “what I eat in a day” I documented the meals I cooked to show you quick and easy meal options that you can cook and you don’t have to be a chef to recreate them. All 3 dishes are vegan, that actually DO TASTE DELICIOUS. trust me when I cook, it has to taste good, I am all about good taste.  I didn’t plan to focus on vegan meals, because I am not vegan, but as you can see I try to balance my nutrition. I happened to have only vegan meals.
